Our 1.33D*38MM high flame retardant lyocell staple fiber represents a premium intrinsic fireproof regenerated cellulose fiber. Developed through advanced wood pulp spinning and non-halogen flame retardant intrinsic modification technology, this fiber combines the green biodegradable properties of natural lyocell with stable, long-lasting flame retardant functionality.

Advanced Fire Protection Technology

Unlike traditional coating-type fire resistant fibers where the FR layer deteriorates after washing, our lyocell fiber incorporates environmental non-halogen flame retardant ingredients during the spinning polymerization phase. This permanent integration locks fireproof components inside cellulose molecules, ensuring lasting protection.

When exposed to open flame, the fiber rapidly carbonizes to form a protective barrier that blocks continued burning. The material automatically extinguishes once removed from the fire source and features low-smoke, non-toxic combustion characteristics that meet mainstream international fire testing standards.
